funniest damn thing i've ever seen
at spike and mike's sick and twisted festival of animation last year, i saw the funniest damn 9 minutes of stick figures i've ever seen while (mostly) sober...it was a little cartoon by don hertzfeldt called "rejected," from bitter films.
if you are going to buy any 9 minute animated short featuring wavy stick figures this year, then it must be this 9 minute animated short featuring wavy stick figures. rumor has it you can also catch it on cartoon network during "adult swim":Ahoy! Rejected is currently scheduled to premiere on the Cartoon Network on Sunday, November 3rd at 10:30pm(that's 9:30CST for all you midwesterners).
catch it, and maybe more of you will understand why i'm so obsessed with the fear that somewhere, some how, monkeys are pouring coffee in my boots.
