scott adams replied to my email.

sure, he may be using aol. and further, he's using an old version. but he replied to my geekmail, and that's pretty dang cool. only the email addresses were changed to protect the innocent from random page-greppin' spambots. and I added line breaks. also, he didn't really complement me on my book, as i don't think he probably read it. but it is really from scott adams, creator of Dilbert.

Jeff,

We're looking into making the TV show into a DVD boxed set, but nothing will happen soon.
Thanks for asking.

Scott Adams

PS: Your Windows 2000 Deployment and Desktop Management book was awesome.
I recommend it to everyone I know.
PPS: Jeff added the PS and PPS lines. Scott Adams never read Jeff's book.

Are there any plans to make the Dilbert cartoon episodes available on DVD?

I occasionally catch them through the magic of Tivo, but I'd like to have 'em
all so I could force others to watch them whenever we have guests, like my
wife does with Sex & The City, except Dilbert is something I want to see.

I just saw "The Knack." Error 53 is network path not found...Also, I would
expect Dilbert to have a Philips Pronto with the rechargeable battery pack...
not a regular 'ol remote with regular 'ol batteries.
